Local chapters

Organizing happens block by block, not on a website.

We are building a national network, one city at a time, and Virginia is where it started. A chapter is a city or county organizer who knows the local courts, inspectors and legal aid, and we only call a place supported when a real person there has agreed to answer.

Richmond Chapter

Chapter one. Richmond City is the only jurisdiction with a reviewed rules workflow and an organizer reading intake.

Organizer inbox is staffed by volunteers during the pilot; urgency is triaged by safety flags, not by order received.

Bring a chapter to your city

Tell us where you are. If there is a tenant group already meeting there, we will connect you instead of starting a second one.

Building a union in your own building?

You do not need a chapter to start. Report a building-wide problem and we will route it to a Virginia organizer who can help you invite verified neighbors privately.
